For each event type, you define duration, buffer between appointments, availability windows, and maximum bookings per day. The Round-Robin system intelligently distributes incoming bookings among your hosts: equally, weighted by capacity, or collectively (all must be available). RBAC permissions control which roles can create and publish event types.
The public booking pages are responsive, customizable, and easily embeddable via embed code. Confirmations with ICS files are sent automatically, and for video meetings, cashwerk automatically generates Google Meet or Microsoft Teams links. Push notifications instantly inform hosts about new bookings.
